East Peoria’s Festival of Lights is adding a new Shop and Stroll to this year’s line up.
The event includes carols, carriage rides and locally-owned businesses selling handcrafted items.
The Folepi’s Gifts Galore Shop and Stroll is from two to seven on Saturday December 13, 2014.
Those who spend $25 or more at participating business also receive a free admission coupon for the Winter Wonderland of Lights drive-through display.
