The Peoria City Council unanimously approved a cable franchise agreement with iTV-3. That means residents will be able to choose between that provider and Comcast starting next spring.
In other business, the council also signed-off on an ordinance that allows large grocery stores with internal restaurants to serve alcohol to customers.
