The Peoria League of Women voters launched a new program Wednesday that allows residents to talk about a range of issues. The ‘Drinks & Dialogue” program is the third Wednesday of every month at 5:30 at Kelleher’s. The first program’s topic was national challenges with immigration. A Bradley University professor of Latin American History was set to open the discussion. Future ‘Drinks & Dialogue’ topics include income inequality, campaign finance reform, and recycling.
