Two arrested in meth bust

Two Pekin residents are in jail for allegedly manufacturing meth. Pekin Police, the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office and a SWAT team searched the residence of 611 North Second Street Monday morning as part of an ongoing effort to deal with the drug.

Officers found a meth lab at the home, and arrested 37-year old Dannie Sea and 30-year old Kari Sea. They were arrested for supplying meth precursors as well as the use of property for the manufacturing of meth. Both are being held at the Tazewell County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
