Raber’s packing company of Peoria is recalling 21 pounds of its beef jerky. It’s being recalled because state inspectors found the jerky was produced without using a required process that limits biological and chemical risks. The meat was produced on July 2nd and sold in the Peoria area. It was sold in 25-ounce bags labeled ‘Grand Champion Raber’s Original beef Jerky’ with a code of 192. The state has not received any reports of illness from anyone consuming the product
