15 lawsuits filed against Caterpillar for alleged engine flaws

At least 15 lawsuits were filed against Caterpillar due to allegations of flaws in its truck and school bus engines. The Wall Street Journal reported last week that the alleged flaws are based on Cat engines for trucks and school buses it made between 2006 and 2010.
