Those who depend on the intersection of Columbia Terrace and University Streets near the Interstate 74 University Street Interchanges can expect intermittent lane closures starting Monday.
The city’s Public Works Department says drivers can expect lane closure-related delays throughout the week and should avoid traveling the area, if possible.
