Grandmother of busted grandson speaks to the Peoria City Council

The Grandmother of the 26 year-old man busted for marijuana possession when the Peoria Police raided his home for a mayoral parody twitter account spoke Tuesday night at the City Council Meeting.

Caroline Elliott is the grandmother of Jacob Elliott and the widow of the late Don Elliot, a long-time media presence in Peoria before his death in 2009.

Jacob Elliott is the only person that still could face legal action out of the raid Tuesday, April 15, 2014, more than 20 days after the parody twitter account @Peoriamayor was taken down.

Here are the uncut comments of Caroline Elliott from Tuesday, April 22, 2014.
