Caterpillar is maintaining its dividend rate for this quarter. The company’s board of directors voted to maintain a quarterly cash dividend rate of 60-cents per share. Shareholders can collect their dividend May 20th. It’s being paid out to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 21st.
