Institute Street is closed for two weeks for construction of speed bumps starting Tuesday, April 8.
Partial-lane closures at the intersection of Columbia Terrace and University Street start immediately to build bump-outs.
The traffic calming additions are part of the Main and University Improvement Project.
Local residential traffic can still access Institute from Columbia Terrace and Main.
