PSD 150 administrative concerns expanded

The controversy surrounding the administration of Peoria’s public school district hit a pitch level this week. The group ‘Change 150’ formalized its call of no confidence in Superintendent Grenita Lathan and her top administration. 
There is seemingly one particular flash point in public conversations. ‘Change 150’ Vice President Dan Dugal spoke to the Peoria City Council Tuesday night. "“And I know that you too do not want District 150 to fail as GrenitaLathan so insultingly declared to the press.”

Dugal is referring to Superintendent Lathan’s comments that happened Monday night, February 10th, after the regularly scheduled school board meeting. But only three reporters were present. Peoria Public Radio’s Tanya Koonce has more:
