Patrons lined up this morning outside of Emo’s for the ice cream shack’s Opening Day. The event doubles as a yearly signal of spring in Peoria.
The tradition features half-priced food and drinks from 5:30 to 10 in the morning. Profits from today’s Emo’s season opening celebration are being donated to the Arthritis Walk fundraising efforts.
