Jason Zaehler is a student newscaster at WGLT. He joined the station in August 2026.

Jason is a junior studying sports communication and public relations. He is the News and Sports Operations Director at WZND and broadcasts for FloSports, ESPN+ and The Northwoods League.

After college, Jason is looking to pursue a career in sports broadcasting or sports PR.
