Shop: Head to Chillicothe Saturday for a Holiday Makers Market. More than 50 vendors will be offering handmade and vintage products with everything from clothing to home decor to handmade candy. The event is indoors and goes from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $5 and children 15 and under are free. There will be food and a cash bar onsite.
View: Enjoy two classic silent films by Charlie Chaplin Saturday at Illinois Central College’s Performing Arts Center. The music will be performed live by the Heartland Festival Orchestra. The Kid and The Count showcase Chaplin’s humor and the score will take you back to the 20’s. This event starts at 7:30 p.m.
Play: The Putt Club in East Peoria is hosting a Family Fun Day Sunday to celebrate their new plush mascot, Lucky the Llama. The club will have face painting, a bounce house, balloon artist and a scavenger hunt. Kids 12 and under golf for free if they’re with an adult who purchases a ClubPass. The event goes from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
