Peoria police are investigating a death in the city's East Bluff, but foul play isn't suspected.

A man's body was found in the 300 block of East Arcadia around 7:20 Wednesday morning.

Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood says the man was 31-year-old Charles Hoshor. He says toxicology testing is still underway, but Hoshor suffered no traumatic injuries.
