A juvenile is in the hospital with serious injuries after a shooting Tuesday night on Peoria's South Side.
Police responded at 10:45 p.m. to a ShotSpotter alert in the 1400 block of Widenham. The male victim was found at a house in the 1300 block of West Smith.
The house was searched with a robot after a report of a suspect inside. The search turned up no one.
There is no suspect information available at this time. Anyone who knows more is asked to call Peoria police.
