A man is in critical condition after a shooting Wednesday morning.
Peoria police spokesperson Semone Roth said officers were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Illinois just before 8 a.m. on a report of a person shot. The man was taken to the hospital.
There is no suspect information available. The incident is under investigation.
