A Creve Coeur man is dead after an incident Wednesday morning at a Mackinaw business.

Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood says 42-year-old Bradley Willis, Jr. was pinned between a building and semi at Mackinaw Valley Powder Coating.

Emergency responders found Willis lying inside the building after he was unpinned. Willis was taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, where he died this morning of multiple blunt force injuries and severe internal bleeding.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
