Fulton County is assessing the damage from Tuesday night's tornadoes and storms

Fulton County took the brunt of Tuesday evening's storm, with injuries and damage from tornadoes and storms reported in several communities.

Emergency management authorities said the Lewistown, Table Grove, and Bryant areas were impacted. Multiple injuries were reported north of Lewistown, but there were no fatalities reported. Numerous trees and power lines are down.

Structures were damaged throughout Table Grove, but no significant injuries were reported. Water customers in Bryant are under an emergency conservation order and a boil order.

About 295 Ameren customers were without power in Fulton County as of 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Multiple emergency response agencies from several counties responded to assist Fulton County with disaster management.
