Guests are returning to the Pere Marquette Hotel in downtown Peoria after a bomb threat Thursday morning.

Peoria police spokesperson Semone Roth said staff pulled a fire alarm and evacuated the building after receiving a suspicious phone call.

The building was cleared. Officials determined it was safe for guests to return.

The case is under investigation.
