A 16-year-old was indicted Tuesday by a Peoria County grand jury on three counts of first degree murder in connection with the homicide of 46-year-old Christopher Tillman.
Tillman was fatally shot in Peoria's North Valley neighborhood last month.
Lamarion Wright is charged as an adult in Tillman's murder. He's set to appear in Peoria County Circuit Court for an arraignment Thursday.
