The owner of a popular West Bluff Vietnamese restaurant is facing allegations of tax evasion and filing false tax returns.
Peoria County court records show Thanh Lihn owner Linh Luong faces one count of theft of government funds, one count of sales tax evasion, and four counts of filing fraudulent sales tax returns.
The Illinois Attorney General's Office is prosecuting.
All charges are considered felonies. A $50,000 warrant is set for Luong's arrest.
