An East Peoria man is dead after his motorcycle was struck by another vehicle, police say.
The Illinois State Police said the 66-year-old East Peoria man was stopped on Illinois Route 26 southbound at Spring Creek Road when a 2017 Toyota sedan driven by Caleb Crowley, 19, of Metamora, struck the motorcycle from behind.
The East Peoria man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity hasn't yet been released by the Tazewell County Coroner.
Crowley was charged with failure to reduce speed.
