A Peoria man is pleading guilty to federal charges linked to a gun store burglary last year.

Corey Brooks, 29, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to the July 2021 burglary of Pinnacle Gun and Ammo in downtown Peoria.

Brooks faces up to ten years imprisonment each on counts of burglary of a federal firearm licensee and possession of a firearm by a felon.

He's due for sentencing in June.
