A Toulon alderman was arrested Wednesday for allegedly possessing child pornography.
The Illinois State Police says a warrant was served at 34-year-old Jason Musselman's home following a months-long investigation by several agencies.
Musselman was arrested for possession of child pornography and taken to the Stark County Jail. He's set to make his first court appearance Friday.
Musselman represents Ward 2 on the city council in Toulon, northwest of Peoria.
