Vice President Mike Pence tweeted photos of lawmakers negotiating the Republican health care bill Thursday, but there were no women in the photos:

That created a firestorm online because part of the debate Thursday was over whether to get rid of a requirement that all insurance policies cover pregnancy, maternity and newborn care.
