The activities away from the podium one year ago in Washington were not so much oriented around rhetoric, but personal feelings. We hear from Robert Ward, an autoworker from St. Louis, talking about why he came to the Million Man March. He says black men tend to walk away from each other - and this was a day to embrace each other. We also hear vendors and the way the day sounded from the center oof the throng.
