Brooke speaks with Bruce Hoffman, director of the Center for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence at St. Andrews University in Scotland about why many terrorist acts now go unclaimed. In the past, terrorist organizations like the Irish Republican Army always would claim responsibility for an action, and implicit within that act would lie the group's agenda. Now, Hoffman says, some terrorists perform their deadly craft silently because they believe only God needs to know what they've done.
