Robert speaks with artist J.S.G. Boggs about the new US $100 bill, which features an off-center portrait of benjamin Franklin. Boggs uses images of currency in his art. He says the portrait is marvelous, the whole design of the bill terrible. He says the original plans called for something far more daring. He says this is "the dog's lunch by committee"
