The new owners of a West Peoria liquor store are accused of selling alcohol to minors, months after the previous owner sold the business following a wave of similar incidents.

The family of Mia Dusek released the full details of a lawsuit Thursday, accusimg Express Liquors in West Peoria of negligence that played a role in the Bartonville teen's death last year.
