Chicago man must tell schools about shooting threat

A judge says a man accused of threatening to shoot several people at the University of Chicago must tell any college he applies to about his pending criminal case.

21-year-old Jabari Dean attended the University of Illinois at Chicago at the time of his November arrest.  Dean plans to apply to colleges in the coming months.

Dean has been charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce.  An online threat that 16 white people would be shot at the University of Chicago shut down its campus.
