Outrage over new math for coal mine violations

Imagine if someone stole from more than 600 homes in your community. And after getting caught, that person was charged with just a single offense because all of the crimes were similar. Some people feel the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is allowing a coal company to get away with something akin to that in western Illinois. Illinois Public Radio’s Rich Egger reports.
