Former White House reporter will speak on media and politics

PEORIA, Ill. (AP) - A former CNN White House correspondent will discuss subjects at the heart of the contentious 2016 presidential election during a lecture at Bradley University.
Bradley says in a news release that Jessica Yellin will deliver the annual Robison Lecture  on Oct. 13. The title of her talk is "Media and Politics: How Did We Get Here?"

Yellin reported from the campaign trail. She has interviewed presidents from Barack Obama to George W. Bush and reported from around the world.

The 7 p.m. lecture in the Michel Student Center ballroom is free and open to the public.
