In San Francisco today, jury selection began in a case that pits two wineries...Gallo and Kendall-Jackson...against each other in an infringement case. Kendall-Jackson says that Gallo is misleading its customers by copying features of its wine. Ancel Martinez of member station KQED in San Francisco reports.
