NPR's Julie McCarthy reports that the dollar continues to gain in value, despite statements of concern by finance ministers of the major industrialized countries. The climbing dollar has boosted Japanese exports, which is good for the Japanese economy but adds to trade tensions between Washington and Tokyo.
