Adam Hochberg Reports That Abc Is Trying To Keep Down The Punitive Damages

In 1992, ABC's "PrimeTime Live" aired a report that used hidden-camera videotape detailing Food Lion's allegedly unsanitary procedures. A jury has already awarded 14-hundred dollars in compensatory damages. News anchor Diane Sawyer is expected to give evidence today.
