Clinton On Welfare

Campaigning today in Colorado, President Clinton called for tougher measures to collect child support payments from deliquent parents. These would include using the Internet and photographs posted in Post Offices around the country to track down so-called deadbeat dads. He also called for Congress to pass a welfare reform bill. NPR's Mara Liasson reports.
