Paul Touvier Dies

David Culhane reports from Paris that the only Frenchman to be convicted of crimes against humanity during World War Two has died in prison. 81-year-old Paul Touvier ((too-vee-AY)), known as the "Hangman of Lyon", was convicted two years ago. He had prostate cancer.
